Here comes Chopper!  This little guy hopped onto Misfit Acres on May 9, 2011 at age 7.  We understand his home in Kentucky burned forcing his family to move.  Chopper was placed in a rescue in KY, when SAFE Sanctuary of MN saw him they moved to MN.  Upon arrival, Chopper developed a case of pneumonia.  Recovering from that illness while in foster care, we saw him listed for adoption.  Then he was diagnosed with Wobblers Syndrome.  Chopper cannot do stairs.  After talking with Patty from SAFE Sanctuary, she offered him to us which turned out to be a perfect fit since our home is only one story and we have a handicapped ramp on the deck. Chopper is a little attention hog and sure lets you know it if you are not touching him.
